Garam Masala Minx is a blend of traditional Indian “warm” spices handcrafted for use in everyday cooking.

This versatile spice blend is perfect for meat, chicken or vegetable curries, stews, and soups! Use it to add some pizzaz to your fried chicken dredge or to your chili to give it complexity.

Each region in India has their own blend of Garam Masala. This particular recipe is one I adapted from my family's recipe (developed by my father “Cha Cha”). I use this for soups, lentils, samosas, and curries. It has even been known to show up in my desserts!

Spicy Level: Mild

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Ginger, Paprika, Garlic, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, and Nutmeg.
