Tandoori Temptation
Our Tandoori Temptation Masala is a perfect mix of traditional Indian spices (garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cardamom, and clove) with spicy notes of Kashmiri chilies, paprika, and black pepper.
This versatile blend is wonderful for both meat and poultry because it imparts great flavor quickly! Use this blend for Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, or for a well-seasoned Khorma.
Marinade: Mix it with yogurt and allow the meat to marinate for a few hours or overnight. Then, grill or roast for a spicy smoky flavor.
Rub: Add oil with the blend to create a quick rub to amp up the flavor of without marinating. It works as a dry rub on pork, lamb, beef and seafood.
Dredge: Use in flour dredge for pakoras and fried chicken.
